The Great British Pub Card can be purchased from www.greatbritishpubcard.co.uk or via selected retail outlets across the UK.

When purchasing a Great British Pub Card online, you are able to pay using credit or debit cards.

The Great British Pub Card is available in any denomination from a minimum of £5 to a maximum £250

When giving the Great British Pub Card as a gift, please wherever possible include the receipt and the terms and conditions that the card was provided with. When purchasing online, you will be given the option to send as a gift to a recipient (different address), where receipts and terms and conditions will be included.

A Great British Pub eGift is the Great British Pub Card deliverable by either email or text message. These are then able to be redeemed in participating pubs.

After you’ve made payment you should receive an email detailing your order and the eGift will be sent to you or the recipient.

This function is not currently available, but we are working to ensure you can reload your Great British Pub Card whenever you want.

There is an expiry date of twelve months from the date of purchase on all Great British Pub Cards, at which point the gift card is no longer usable and any unused balance expires and is forfeited.

You can spend the Great British Pub Card at any of our 1,700 Greene King pubs and restaurants. You can find details of your nearest locations by clicking here.

The Great British Pub Card can be used to purchase food and drinks at participating pubs. For a full list of participating pubs, please clicking here

When you visit a participating pub with your Great British Pub Card, use the card as a payment method at point of order at the till point. If the value of the food and/or drink is higher than the balance of the Great British Pub Card, you can pay the difference using cash, credit or debit card. If the value of your order is lower than the balance on the Great British Pub Card, the value will be deducted from the balance on the card, and your card can be used on future visits.

No. When you purchase your gift card online or in a pub, the card will be activated and ready for use.

If your Great British Pub Card is lost or stolen, please report it to us immediately by emailing us at customercare@greatbritishpubcard.co.uk. Please Include the card details such as the order number, date and place of purchase, the 16 digit gift card number, card value and details of card usage
